Viridian Solar and homebuilder Cruden have renewed their long-standing group deal for a further three years until 2029, extending exclusivity on their Clearline fusion roof-integrated solar panels where there is a requirement, and to include the Clearline Inverter and ArcBox fire-safety enclosure.

The refreshed agreement, which was first signed in 2018, reflects recent restructuring within Cruden, which delivers private homes for sale under the Cruden Homes brand and land-led affordable homes for RSL partners under the Cruden Partnerships brand. Both entities are now encompassed within the renewed deal, which builds on the success of the previous agreement.

For the second consecutive year, Cruden has also achieved a prestigious five-star customer satisfaction rating from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) in partnership with Homes for Scotland.
