Viridian Solar and Newett Homes have signed an agreement that will see Newett Homes install Clearline fusion roof integrated solar, the Clearline Inverter, and ArcBox solar safety enclosure on all its developments where there is a solar requirement until January 2027.

Newett Homes, which constructed approximately 150 homes in 2024, has established itself as a key player in the Yorkshire housing market. Its commitment to quality and innovation has been recognised with its ‘The Pastures’ development being named Best Residential Development in Yorkshire by The United Kingdom Property Awards 2024-2025.
