Viridian Solar and Summerfield Homes Ltd have signed an agreement which will see the housebuilder exclusively use Clearline fusion roof integrated solar on all its developments with a requirement until 2026.
Summerfield Homes is a housebuilder based in Taunton, Somerset that operates across the Southwest of England. The company has built over 2,000 properties since its inception, in over 55 locations, and during that time, earning the reputation for delivering quality homes to a good specification.
It will be starting works in 2025 on its first Net Zero scheme of 26 new homes in Middlezoy where each property will benefit from the latest energy-saving technology including solar PV.
