Viridian Solar is pleased to announce an exclusive group agreement with Wavensmere Homes until 2028. The new collaboration will see the housebuilder incorporate Viridian Solar’s Clearline fusion roof integrated solar panels, the Clearline Inverter, and the award winning ArcBox fire safety enclosure across all its developments where there is a requirement.

Founded in 2015, Wavensmere Homes is a regional housebuilder specialising in urban regeneration, with a focus on large, complex sites steeped in history and character. Headquartered in Edgbaston, Birmingham, the company is currently delivering between 250 and 400 homes per year across the Midlands.

Wavensmere Homes was recently recognised at the 2025 Insider Midlands Residential Awards, where it was named ‘Developer of the Year’ in recognition of several standout developments.
