Viridian Solar and Dundas Estates have signed an agreement which will see the housebuilder exclusively use Clearline fusion roof integrated solar, the Clearline Inverter, and the Clearline EV electric vehicle charger on all its developments with a requirement until 2026.

Based in Livingston, West Lothian Dundas Estates build stylish energy efficient homes on exclusive developments in Scotland. These include apartments, three, four & five bedroom family homes. Everything it builds is either rated A or B in EPC which means homes are fitted with energy efficient heating and lighting systems, energy efficient appliances, high level of insulation as well as solar PV.
